Using Laimi
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Travel advisors
Independent advisors may use Laimi tools, products and supplier connections subject to review, membership rules and applicable commercial terms. Advisor status does not guarantee clients, bookings or income.
Travel proposals and bookings
A proposal may change before confirmation. Availability, price, taxes, fees, cancellation rules and supplier conditions should be reviewed at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until the required confirmation is issued.
Payments and refunds
Payment timing, currency, refund eligibility and processing depend on the selected product, supplier rules and the final booking terms shown to the traveler. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance decisions, accurate passenger information and compliance with destination rules unless a service explicitly states otherwise.
Content and intellectual property
Laimi’s software, design and original content are protected by applicable rights. Users retain rights in content they submit but grant the permissions reasonably needed to operate and provide the requested service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, impersonate others, interfere with service operation or use content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Service changes and availability
Features may evolve, and some services may be introduced, changed or discontinued. We work to keep Laimi available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limits and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, responsibilities and remedies may be limited by the specific booking, supplier or membership terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
